A tube amplifier

&shed (“amp-shed”) is a project to build a shed/workshop/garden-room that can be heated by listening to music. The majority of our heat will come from a HiFi tube amplifier, or “amp” or & and, therefore, “&shed”. To work with such a small heat source, &shed is very well insulated and recovers heat with an MVHR system.

The build started in 2023 and finished in 2024, with some snagging and performance measurements still left to do.
